Why partner with Credo?

Evidence-informed care.

The digital programme is grounded in CBT-E, an internationally recognised and well-established treatment for eating disorders.

Accessibility at scale.

Our digital programme is designed for maximum reach, easily accessible to individuals underserved by traditional healthcare systems and those in remote areas.

Comprehensive support.

The programme includes a range of resources, from informative sessions to actionable tasks designed to support long-term recovery.

Improved outcomes.

Many people who complete the programme report a significant reduction in binge eating frequency after completing our programme.

Programme options.

Self-Guided.

The self-guided version of Digital CBTe is patient-led. Through 12 sessions, patients are empowered to use effective strategies to address their binge eating independently. Sessions have a flexible pace to accommodate busy schedules. The self-guided programme is especially suitable as an early intervention or for those who are waiting for specialist treatment.

Supported.

Digital CBTe also offers a supported intervention option, where patients are accompanied as they navigate the programme. This added support enhances engagement and keeps people on track. Healthcare providers can view patient progress through a dashboard, ensuring effective monitoring. The supported programme is well suited to healthcare providers intending to offer a Guided Self-Help approach for eating disorders. Comprehensive training and guidance are available upon request, with the option of clinical supervision from our specialist team if needed.
