Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Digital CBTe by Customers, Authorized Users, and Patient Users.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

1. Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or professional obligation.
2. Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Service integrity.
3. Access or use the Service in a way that could harm Patient Users or compromise safety.
4. Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass access controls.
5. Use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
6. Use the Service to develop or benchmark a competing product, except as permitted by law.
7. Share credentials or allow access by unauthorized persons.

Patient safety expectations

Customers must:

• Ensure Patient Users are informed that the Service is not for emergencies.
• Provide appropriate crisis and escalation pathways.
• Ensure clinician oversight where required by Customer’s clinical pathway.

Enforcement

Supplier may suspend or terminate access for AUP violations as described in the Partner Terms.
