About Credo Therapies

“Grounded in world-leading research and delivered through a programme-led psychological treatment, we’re here to support people on their journey to break the cycle of binge eating.”
Dr Rebecca Murphy, Co-Founder

Credo Therapies is a social impact healthcare company co-founded by University of Oxford Senior Research Clinician Rebecca Murphy DClinPsych and Emeritus Professor of Psychiatry Christopher Fairburn MA, BM, BCh.

The company’s mission is to deliver Digital CBTe — the digital programme-led version of Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) — as well as other CBT-E informed healthcare products and services to individuals with eating disorders. We are led by a specialist team of clinicians, technologists, and researchers, demonstrating our commitment to clinical effectiveness, patient safety, and innovation.

Built With and Around Our Experts by Experience

Our programme—and our broader other work that supports it—has been developed in collaboration with individuals who have lived experience of binge eating. A growing group of contributors, who are experts by experience, will continue to play a vital role in shaping our work. We are committed to honouring their insights while placing their well-being at the centre of our approach. At present, our experts by experience contribute anonymously.
